Solve : Error when starting almost any program/application?

Adobe reader for example (although after clicking OK the pdf opens normally) but for others i am unable to start the programs . I only started getting this recently, even on programs that used to work previously. I also used to get another .dll error whenever i start my pc but i stoped getting it (I didn't change anything <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/btw-1732224" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about BTW">BTW</a>). But remember that when you install the software just disable your antivirus first.Ignore the above post.</body></html>
