Answer» An app I use to encrypt files with, Kryptel, has a problem deleting old files. It encrypts and decrypts fine but keeps GETTING blocked by Windows when it comes to deleting the old file. I cannot delete the old file either even as Administrator. I have gone in and changed the attributes on the files and TAKEN off the "read only" part but Windows puts it right back on again even before I leave the file. Kryptel TELLS me it is windows blocking them and I believe it. There MUST be something I am not doing or have done to make windows do this blocking.
