Solve : First boot black screen and freezing? |
Answer» <html><body><p>Greetings, <br/><br/>As the title states. Got a Sandy Bridge i7 PC that seems to boot to a black screen after initial <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/setup-1203067" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SETUP">SETUP</a>. Powering it down twice will get it to its setup. The system will run fine but then will freeze at times when <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/shutting-3027881" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SHUTTING">SHUTTING</a> it down, or restarting it. <br/><br/>Read online that this is a secure boot/fast boot issue. The bios has no such options to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/turn-767121" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about TURN">TURN</a> off. Tested the hard drive and ram and they <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/passed-596987" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about PASSED">PASSED</a>. Im out of ideas, besides still trying different ram and a different hard drive. <br/><br/>Thoughts? tried using both the very latest of windows 10, and tried 1809 build. <br/><br/>Thanks.
