How would you involve students in the decision-making process?

Answer»

A student nearly spends an average of 10 years in a school, so those years MUST be productive. Involving students in this process encourage their growth, and that can be done in the following ways.

  • Involve them directly in activities LIKE school sit council, special task FORCE, or instructional leadership team.
  • Set up activities that are only for them, such as peer mediation groups or student advisory boards.
  • Let them decide what activities they can choose.
