Answer» To handle discipline and motivate them are some of the important factors which every school leader must do, and there are some APPROACHES for doing that:- Building RELATIONSHIP:- Days are gone when you PUNISH them for not being disciplined, but building relationships with the students help. Give Rewards:- They love getting rewarded because a reward is QUITE motivating no matter how old they are. Learn their interests and reward them accordingly. Create Consistency:- Make them clear about your EXPECTATIONS for behaviour in class. Create a learning environment:- Make them feel comfortable and let them know each one of them is important. Explain to them your research field to make them motivated.
