Solve : HP Compaq Elite 8300? |
Answer» <html><body><p>Hi everyone. I'm trying to repair a friend's HP computer and I'm running out of solutions. I'm hoping someone here can give some <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/suggestions-1233853" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SUGGESTIONS">SUGGESTIONS</a>. I'm getting BSOD's and ran BSOD screenview which indicates ntoskrnl as the problem. Since this computer was upgraded to Win 10 from 7 I can't <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/find-11616" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about FIND">FIND</a> updated drivers on the HP site. I tired a Clean start but it still crashes. It works ok in Safe mode with Networking but I can't get any updates. I'm open to any and all suggestions. What about making up a Windows 7 drive load the drivers and test. If it works ok then do the upgrade to Windows 10.<br/>As there is no drivers after Windows 8 it maybe better to find another computer which supports Windows 10. Like A Prodesk 600.<br/>The reason these computers are being re cycled is the limited Windows 10 support. <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/thanks-665909" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about THANKS">THANKS</a> Lisa. Will give that a try. Will let you know.I think I've found the problem. I remove one of the 4gb Ram <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/chips-245452" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about CHIPS">CHIPS</a> and it's been running all evening. I was able to do the Windows updates. I will try switching Ram sticks <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/tomorrow-710774" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about TOMORROW">TOMORROW</a> to see if that actually the problem.</p></body></html> | |
