Answer» <html><body><a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/hi-479908" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about HI">HI</a>, I have an <strong><strong>HP Elitebook Folio <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/1040-ru-men-266474" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about 1040">1040</a> with Windows 10.</strong></strong> A few months ago the battery started draining quite fast until the point where it only could be used while the laptop was plugged in. So I replaced the battery, thinking it was just old. Now <strong>I am experiencing unexpected shutdowns, it just turns off at any point.</strong> Something to note is that it only happens when it is using only battery power. A friend told me it might be the <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/motherboard-1104054" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about MOTHERBOARD">MOTHERBOARD</a> or power <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/supply-771793" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SUPPLY">SUPPLY</a> that are malfunctioning.<br/><br/><strong>What do you reckon is the problem? Are there any <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/logs-1077946" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about LOGS">LOGS</a> that I can check that could pinpoint the issue?</strong></body></html> | |
