Solve : Server beeps continuously when Win2k3 is loaded? |
Answer»

Hi and thankyou in advance.

I have a Dell server with win 2k3 loaded onto it. Over the last couple of days, it has started beeping constantly. The BEEPS start when the os get's to it's LOGIN screen and continues until it's shut down. It is still stable. I have booted it into knoppix and no beeps and very stable. I have run the mobo's diag's and all passed (With no beeps) then booted into the os, as soon as I got to the login screen, the beeps started. It's very frustrating. The beeps are coming from the mobo's ONBOARD speaker. I have cleaned all fans and heatsinc's which were all good anyway and there is 18g's of free hd space on the c: part. Any ideas?Hey Craig,

Glad to see you post, Welcome to CH.

Hope your problem is solved soon, just be patient!

Best of luck!Thankyou sir.
