Solve : HELP: A SERIOUS WINDOWS XP PROBLEM!?

Answer»

I have a DELL OptiPlex GX110 desktop PC, the problem is so:
Even if I format this PC and REINSTALL it the Task Manager is still highlighted in grey, I tried to fix this with regedit, but I can not because it tells me that registry keys are disabled by administrator. I am the administrator and I'm using the administrator account, but still i can not fix this issue.
I tried to find a solution in the dell site but i did not had a success.
Cheers for your help. Can you explain what you mean, that the task manager is Highlighted in Grey?
Also what version of Windows is this, and when did the problem start?I'm using windows XP SP2, Task manager is inactive (highlighted in gray), you can activate it with an registry KEY, but I don't have access to that because it tells me that this operation is disabled by administrator (even if I'm using an administrator account on it).

Good LuckI solved the problem with this procedure.
I re-formated again the PC and after I installed new windows i did not used any USB stick, just gone to the internet and downloaded all of drivers needed for it.
Problem was on my removable storage device (USB stick) which was infected with Trojan.
Thank you for your help.
Cheers.
