Solve : What is the best Virtual PC program compatible with Vista??

Answer»

I've never used one, so I'm open to some advices.
Is Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 any good?
Can I install any OS there?
Tell me more, people.I love Microsoft's VPC software. Why? It's FREE. But beyond that it does EVERYTHING I need it to do, which is run legacy applications that Vista no LONGER supports. (Like a full-screen command prompt. 8/ )

Networking between the virtual machine and the host machine works like it would between two regular MACHINES, and you can map network drives just as you would a real machine.

Thanks. I found first problem, though...

Virtual PC 2007 runs on: Windows XP Professional, Windows XP Tablet PC, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Enterprise, and Windows Vista Ultimate.
Home Premium, which I have, is not listed.Here...No, I'm looking for a program, which will set up virtual partition, so I can install couple of other OSes.
I just installed VMware Workstation 6: http://www.vmware.com/products/ws/, but I'm getting some errors, while trying to install either Win 98, or Win 2K. I'll figure it out, when I have little bit more time. At least it's compatible with Vista Home Premium.Wow! This is fun...
Once I fixed an initial error, it works like a dream.
I just installed Windows 2000, and I'm going for Win XP, and Win 98. I'm gonna have all basic OSes on one machine.glad you got it working Broni.
