Solve : Window 2003 forgot the password and disable administrator account?

The Window 2003 server build in the image which is tailor made to DISABLE administrator account, I can't logon as administrator . The server is now disconnect from the domain, I can't logon to domain admin and LOCAL admin.

Any expert can help me to find the tool and skill to logon the window 2003 without logon?
