Solve : Totally clueless about Windows 10 and what happened (Long)?

I changed it about three times before it took. Also, when it's started it <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/takes-1238575" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about TAKES">TAKES</a> much longer to boot than before and it shows the beginning page (inset, not full page) of learning about Microsoft Edge which is strange. I ran Malwarebytes and my antivirus and found nothing.</body></html>
