Solve : trying instal program in "vista"? |

"I-tried ??<br/><br/>Well,<br/>I have disabled the DEP procedure at Least 6 times since yesterday.<br/>I added* to the allow programs to run list (streets & trips) setup-intall<br/>about 4 times..........since yesterday<br/><br/>this morning, I turned off every security feature on this vista home premium...<br/>firewall, I monitor security-not windows, viruses etc....<br/>I completely unistalled the pre-loaded McCafee antivirus, & restarted maybe 4 times.
