The responsibilities of the Customer Agency will differ based on the type and quantity of services purchased from CIO/OFT. CIO/OFT‟s SLA PROGRAM is designed to tailor the SLA agreement to address the type and quantity of services purchased. HOWEVER, there is a standard set of roles and RESPONSIBILITY by both parties which are explained in the standard SLA template which is posted on the CIO/OFT WEBSITE. General roles and responsibilities are INCLUDED in the main SLA document under each service.
