Answer» As an IT Shared Services provider, CIO/OFT needed a solid SLA program in place to address the many concerns raised by agencies in the past. This need was HIGHLIGHTED in the Enterprise IT Shared Services Charter EXECUTED by the Governor’s Office of Taxpayer Accountability (OTA) and CIO/OFT. The Charter OUTLINES the REQUIREMENT to implement an SLA Program in conjunction with the expansion of the IT Shared Services Model. As an IT Shared Services provider, CIO/OFT needed a solid SLA program in place to address the many concerns raised by agencies in the past. This need was highlighted in the Enterprise IT Shared Services Charter executed by the Governor’s Office of Taxpayer Accountability (OTA) and CIO/OFT.
