Solve : Windows 10 Mail issues?

Answer» <html><body><p>Setup: two recent high spec laptops, both Win 10, both using Windows Mail.<br/><br/>Microsoft Home and Business 2019<br/><br/>One works correctly.<br/><br/>The other has always had intermittant poor screen handling in the mail text <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/window-11540" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about WINDOW">WINDOW</a>, occasionally missing showing words or part words, sometimes this corrects itself in <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/seconds-239463" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SECONDS">SECONDS</a>, or when further typing, other times I have had to force a screen refresh. This issue is ONLY with Windows Mail. other text handling (like typing here or in <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/word-244271" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about WORD">WORD</a>) is perfect.<br/><br/>Now it has also stopped printing mail when requested.  The mail if copy/pasted into Word prints OK. The printer "jogs" as it does when it is receiving a file, but no print and print queue is empty when checked.<br/><br/><br/>The other laptop has no issues showing or printing. They are the same <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/version-1444891" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about VERSION">VERSION</a>, <br/><br/>Mail Version 16005.12430.20136.0<br/><br/>How can I repair/reload Windows Mail without affecting any other prog/app please? <strong>If the accounts are not imap then <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/backup-18158" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about BACKUP">BACKUP</a> the mail first.</strong><br/><br/>In windows 10 you can repair most programs by going to Add remove programs, Apps , Select mail and Calendar , select advanced options,  Select Reset this will reset mail to the default settings.<br/></p></body></html>
