Solve : Dell Latitude C840 Laptop and Win98 SE install problem?

I turned off laptop restarted it hit F2 to get into bios did not change anything hit exit I got the full screen. So for fun I thought let me turn off laptop and start it again see what happens it went right back to small screen. Why?<br/><br/>Win 98 SE issues<br/><br/>It will not shut down during setup after setup or go to MS Dos prompt cursor just blinks. I have to turn off laptop each time. It will shut down in <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/safe-634049" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SAFE">SAFE</a> mode<br/><br/>During Setup I see Win98 SE logo then I see what <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/looks-1079190" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about LOOKS">LOOKS</a> like a <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/red-238021" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about RED">RED</a> Flag logo then it disappears. <br/>I can only get 16 <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/colors-922312" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about COLORS">COLORS</a> need 256 at least.
