Answer» Is there an expansion card for an older computer running windows 95 that will utilize USB capability?
Recently I had a similar PROBLEM.... I found this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-PC-HIGH-SPEED-ADAPTER-USB-2-0-5-PORT-4-1-PCI-HUB-CARD-/141688538249?hash=item20fd4b8489:g:OhgAAOSweW5VdMbd NO, I am not the seller... WARNING! Do NOT buy a PCI-e card. It is not the same as the legacy PCI card.
Looking at this card I think the vendor is not accurate. It looks LIKE a PCI-e card.
Sad to say, but eBay does not know how to TELL people that an OLD computer does not use PCI-e cards, only the older PCI cards work. a real PITA.
Look here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-Port-USB-2-0-High-Speed-PCI-Controller-Card-Adapter-Hub-4-External-1-Internal/151314157757?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D38828%26meid%3D117b99ebb2a242ce898b55783f55dd28%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D401024890701 Sorry about the long URL.
