Solve : Help - Unidentifiable Icon in System Tray next to Clock - Win 98 SE?

There is a swoosh-type banner that runs from the 10:00 position to the 4:00 position. It is yellow on the tip at 10:00 and then quickly turns to red. At the top and bottom there are white arrows that revolving/circulating. The top one goes to the left and the bottom to the right.<br/><br/>I have NOT installed or downloaded anything. I have went through the startup program as well as the programs that have icons in the system tray in msconfig. Reg cleaner, spybot nothing helps.
