It is a Western Digital hard drive.Western Digital’s website has a down load for older drives with a certain prefix in their model number. I have down loaded and run it. This tool found no errors. I am running scandisk again to see if it does anything different. It will take a while. 109% complete and counting. I WISH I were that efficient. Where is scandisk? In DOS? On the boot disk? ??
