Solve : External hard drive not showing anywhere? |

Answer» When I plug my external hard drive in one of my computers it SHOWS and works ok, yet on another computer it will not show in disk management or in the computer folder. Any ideas how this is so. What should I do to get it to show and be read? Thanks for your replies I always use safely remove I have since posting fixed the problem by changing the Drive. Thanks Ojas It may be setup for a specific drive letter and that letter may already be used ? Do other USB hard drives function normally on the "problem" PC ?The drive WOULD still show up...just assigned with a different drive letter... |
