Answer» Can anyone tell me how to upgrade from Windows ME to Windows XP. Well sorry I ask,but I've already found several dowloads for the Windows XP Home Edition dowload that is legal No such thing...ask Microsoft for clarification on this if needed. Where do I find Malware bytes that are compatable with Windows Me.Will send you the links for the Windows XP Home edition dowload later today.I don't want that link and if posted here it will be removed... If you bought a retail PC with Windows ME., then now is a good time to just replace it all together. You can buy a brand-new computer now at a fraction of what you paid for your original machine. You will get a new operating system, maybe a Vista or Windows 7. And the cost is only a little more than what you would pay for a legal copy of windows XP and maybe a new piece of hardware like a video card. Or, if you're on a TIGHT budget, by re furbish XP desktop computer for less than what you would pay for legal copy of windows XP. And you'll have a computer that out performs your old windows ME clunk that you bought several years ago.Just to let you know Patio that I don't deal in illegal activities and I'm certinally not a pirate.I just ask a simple question on here,and if you don't have a nice answer,then don't answer at all.Thanks Geek for your help,as you have been helpful and may I say that you're nice with your answers.Patio should go back to bed and get up again,maybe he wouild be in a better mood.
