Solve : iso to floppy 3.55 inch?

1.	Solve : iso to floppy 3.55 inch?
Answer» ok i downloaded a cd rom driver for windows 3.1 and the readme that came with it told me to mount the iso onto a floppy but i have no idea how to do this? Any ideas? Please. I did install win using a cd thought. I inserted the win 98 boot disk and it ran the cd rom driver thats how i got it installed. you see i want sound but when i click for win to FIND a driver it tells me to insert floppy # idk 4 i think and in the file manager i have no cd rom my system 90 MHz processor 20 Mb RAM 512 mb hdd Ps.
