Solve : mouse cross pointer? |

Answer» I have Windows 98 and Excel 2000 on another PC. On occasions the mouse pointer becomes a cross for a short period and than changes to the normal arrow. TODAY it is stuck there. Is there ANYTHING I can do other than reboot and lose the Excel edit I was doing?I GATHER the cross appears normally for only a short while and changes to an arrow on clicking the mouse. The failure to change on the occasion I mentioned appears to be a FREEZE. I rebooted and redid the Excel edits. There appears to be no alternative. |
