Set your bios to cdrom as 1st boot device. Boot your computer with the 98se disk in the cdrom. You will loose EVERYTHING on your computer, this is often a good idea. Otherwise backup your junk first.You do not have to have Windows 95 installed to load Windows 98. If 98 is an "UPGRADE CD"it may ASK you for a 95 CD to insert briefly, but that's all.
