Answer» Please can someone tell me how to take a computer off the network so I can use it as a STAND alone PC (so it doesn't ask you to LOG on) using Windows 98. Start->run->WINIPCFG-> Find the adapter with the IP address and hit the release all BUTTON by doing that It will shut down the adapter and INTERNET. to reconnect hit renew all.Thanks, I will try this at work tomorrow!Ok good luck with it.
