Is there a VIRTUAL pc or any other program that works on win 98?Not that i'm aware of...
What are you attempting to do ? ?install win xp without damaging 98In Win98 create a 2nd partition...i recommend a decent SIZE partition...
Then boot to the XP CD and when it asks where to install to point it to the newly created partition...how would i creat a nother partition?bochs works on win98, IIRC.

Only WAY to create a second partition would be with fdisk, and only if you have unallocated space on the drive. otherwise, you'd need to DELETE your first partition, which means you'd lose all data on it. Either that, or get a program like partition magic or Easeus Partition manager.Quote from: BC_Programmer on June 12, 2010, 10:39:34 AM
bochs works on win98, IIRC.

Windows XP has been reported to install from the CDROM, and run inside Bochs. The only KNOWN issue is to set the IPS (Instructions Per Second) to, at least, a value of 10000000.
