vanishes after resartSee if you have Deep Freeze or Some type of freezing program that might be doing this.. look at the right hand corner at the BOTTOM and see if you can see a bear or a ICE box.. thats all i can think of. maybe someone else has another solutionWhen did this start happening? Recently? Long time problem?
Are you running ANTIVIRUS, antispyware software...if so, what?
What kind of file(s) are you downloading?
Have you done a "search" for the downloaded file after you've rebooted?
