1.	Solve : Win98SE - "Empty" Window?
Answer» I have an ICON on my DESKTOP that opens a window on my desktop containing a couple of DUN icons. This is how I crank-up my dialup ISP. "Sometimes" [1 out of 10-12 times] this window opens "empty", no icons. I just close & reopen the window and the icons are there on the second try. Is this a "problem" I should do SOMETHING about ??
