Answer» ok so i have been working on an old win 98 and trying to get it in working order and i was installing some HARDWARE and it said this file had and error ( the one used for add NEW hardware) so i found it on line and REINSTALLED it BUT now it doesn't work at all... would reinstalling windows 98 fix this i would really like to know. well any usb devices actually before this error happend all my usb devices worked but know they don't, this is a Packard bell multimedia 4350 but it has an extra 100MB of memory installed a while agoturnered10,Could you please PROVIDE more info on the computer.
