Solve : windows 98 opens shows error message then starts and freezes?

my sister is using windows 98. When she logs on to windows she receives the following message: error C:/real mode/OAK CD ROM. sys error in config.sys file on line 4 device c. windows then opens/start and freezes shortly after. Open up computer and unplug it.Have not been able to resolve. Any further advice?Copy and past both the autoexec.bat and config.sys files...Ah. Look for any DEVICEHIGH=/D:MSCD001 lines in your Config.sys.
