have probs with windows 98se cant use the control panle icons and cant start programs from the startup menu got to use the run command to run the programs any help would be greatrestart pc hit the f8 and chose start windows normally...does it still do it?or load the floppy A:\:> cd windows enter C:\ scanreg/restore or scanreg/fix >Progman.exe.
