Solve : Wireless network need help? |
|
Answer» Ok so This summer I pulled out my dads old laptop and I realized there is a wireless network adapter. Which is called infrared or something like that and it scannes for connections every 3 seconds but can't find my network or my nieghboors. Is there a way to get it working again, like IDK upgrading the bios IDK. you sure It says it searching for wireless internet/networks This just means it's looking for any other devices trying to communicate via IR. the OS sees it as a network device so it might get confused and display the state wrong.like what kind of devices? It's searching for network and wireless devices that it's not finding.example of infrared devices: bluetooth and remote....Quote from: dlx on April 28, 2010, 01:27:35 AM example of infrared devices: bluetooth and remote....Put down the crack pipe buddy.
