Solve : win 98 internet explorer problem?

Answer» <html><body><p>I have downloaded all of the MS updates for Win 98 and am using the latest IE 6.XXX.<br/><br/>When online, using a dial-up connection, and try to use the "REPLY" function in my email programs, which are Yahoo and Hotmail, a window pops up saying that there is a problem with "ddhelp" and when trying to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/close-408965" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about CLOSE">CLOSE</a> that window, another pops up stating that "there is a problem with IE and it will have to close" and then the MS error <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/reporting-248944" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about REPORTING">REPORTING</a> window pops up stating that it is reporting the problem to MS.....Then I am disconnected from IE and have to restart my computer. <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/also-373387" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ALSO">ALSO</a>, I have the Incredimail <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/program-246414" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about PROGRAM">PROGRAM</a> loaded as well and like it very <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/much-249971" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about MUCH">MUCH</a>, as it is the only one that "usually" works.<br/><br/>Any ideas for solving this problem and has anyone else experienced the same and cured it?<br/><br/>Thanks, in advance.<br/><br/>v8eyedocProbably IncrediMail is the culprit but as they offer no support it is impossible to tell without un-installing IncrediMail and seeing if that solves the problem.<br/><br/>Is your IncrediMail program fully updated?<br/><br/>If you want an alternative Browser and Email program that do work try using Mozilla's free Firefox Browser and Thunderbird Email programs.</p></body></html>
