Here is my question, <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/win-732367" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about WIN">WIN</a> XP full install cost $200.00, but you can get the upgrade for $100.00. My biggest prob. or complaint is I cant back up my data, cant load any hardware without having the Win 98 CD, which I never have had, and god forbid not if but when I have a harddrive crash So I might be better off just getting the 98 cd and leaving it at that.<br/>TO do a simple back up......make a boot floppy.....and if you have a problem either use the f5/f8 <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/safe-634049" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SAFE">SAFE</a> mode....or load the boot floppy at the A:\> type scanreg/restore <br/><br/>Even more is you need it><a href="https://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-gb;835834">http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-gb;835834</a><br/><br/><a href="http://www.fontempire.com/cgi-bin/preview.pl/themes/lhorn3.zip">http://www.fontempire.com/cgi-bin/preview.pl/themes/lhorn3.zip</a><br/><a href="https://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,6503,00.asp">http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,6503,00.asp</a> for the fisher <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/price-238017" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about PRICE">PRICE</a> look...<br/><br/>with these two together......violla......winxp/longhorn or whatever you wish.....You can install Windows XP Home/Professional upgrade without having to install Windows 98. However, you will always be dependant on Windows 98 to verify that you are allowed to install Windows XP. It will <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/ask-364170" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ASK">ASK</a> for the Windows 98 CD during installation.<br/><br/>Other than that, it is the same operating system.</body></html> | |
