Solve : win 98 won't start up?

Then my printer was giving me <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/troubles-1428037" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about TROUBLES">TROUBLES</a> so I uninstalled and was <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/going-1008806" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about GOING">GOING</a> to reinstall it. After uninstalled it said to restart to change settings. When it reboots there is a message that comes up saying a fatal exception 06 has occurred at EFFF:0000C1A. Current Application will be terminated.<br/>Press CTRL ALT DEL to restart or press key to terminate.<br/>If I do either one it won't work. It just stays on this <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/screen-25632" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SCREEN">SCREEN</a> until I reboot.
