Solve : Windows 98 Will Not Shut Down? |

I then <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/press-605361" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about PRESS">PRESS</a> the restart button on the computer which then seems to restore the on/off button for a cold shutdown. <br/><br/>This has been going on for about 10 days. I have since downloaded Ad-Aware to remove spyware, <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/got-23540" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about GOT">GOT</a> rid of some programs, including some running in the tray to reduce memory use, but have still not found a way to correct the problem. <br/><br/>I use Verizon DSL which use MSN Messenger, McAfee Anti-Virus and FIrewall which are constantly running. Is it a memory problem?
