Solve : Windows '98 won't shut down?

Answer» <html><body><p>Need help in shutting down my computer.  I have windows <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/1998-a-282449" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about 1998">1998</a>.  Everytime I go to shut down it gives me a message that the program is not responding.
