Solve : Windows 98SE Fatal Exeption...? |

I have a windows 98 SE computer and now, when it boots, its boots up fine but just <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/befor-2464951" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about BEFOR">BEFOR</a> i can type in my password, i also get it after i log in and when i open programs, like my AOL, MSN Messenger and Internet Explorer. It says with a blue screen...<br/><br/> WINDOWS<strong></strong><br/><br/>A fatal exeption OE has occurred at 0028:C008E777 in <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/vxd-3858939" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about VXD">VXD</a> MPFBOCKS(01) + 00009E7B. The current application will be terminated.<br/><br/>* Press any key to terminate<br/>*press <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/ctrl-240610" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about CTRL">CTRL</a>+ ALT+ Delete to restart your computer.<br/><br/><br/>so it wont let me open any of them.<br/><br/>This all started to happen when i downloaded the Service pack 2 for windows 98SE. i have tryed to remove it but it will not uninstall. i also did the system restore using the safe mode etc and it still has not helped me!<br/><br/>i dont have any of the CD's for the computer so i am not sure what to do!!! <br/><br/><br/>HELP!!!!<br/><br/>IT WOULD BE GREATFULY APRECIATED!<br/><br/>Thanks <br/><br/>Jason Quote</p><blockquote>... I'm thinking MPFBOCKS is not the correct spelling. Open Regedit (Start->Run)<br/>2. Search for mpfbocks.vxd <br/>3. Remove it<br/><br/>1. Open My Computer<br/>2. Go to Windows\System<br/>3. Search for mpfbocks.vxd<br/>4. What steps did you take to create the problem?
