Hello, i have gmod, and i have been making cars with EASY engine TOOL.
When i save them using adv dup, and the reopen them, a sign KEEPS COMING up saying.

And it wont let me drive the vechile and this sign keeps coming up?

i have neo-geo 5.0 emulator its running properly if i execute the program normaly, but what i want is to autorun it. i added the program .exe on the startup to execute it on the boot up of the pc. but i get this error message (unable to LOAD neo-geo bios roms), the process i made to add it on start up is this, pls correct me if im wrong,........


i open run i type (regedit)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

then i press right click and click to NEW STRING VALUE
then name it to neo-geo,then right click it then i type in the location of the exe file
then restart the pc.


then when the pc restart i got the error, i try same process to my other game it run's properly.

Does the emulator work if you just double-click the shortcut or EXE file? If not, then the PROBLEM is the emulator.

I have Quake (the original) and EVERYTIME i boot the game my computer crashes, i've tried reinstalling, and it didn't help. It works on my other pc, and i've checked the requirements, my pc meets them all, and i can't think of what else to do, all the rest work fine, any ideas?Any errors?

Hi everyone, I just don't get it! Two days ago I upgraded the hardware on my computer and now games lag terribly!

I had

Xp Pro
2g ddr ram
Athlon xp 2500
Geforce 6200 apg
Dx 9.0c

I could run Samurai Warriors 2 with hardly any difficulty on low settings. I could also run JPOG and Sniper ELITE rather well on modest settings

I just switched my hard ware around to this

I'm getting back into some old school games I use to play regularly until I GET a 360 SORTED as I'm bored of the PS3 & it's games. I play MAINLY Track Mania & Motocross Madness 2 and was wondering if I could use my PS3 controller via USB cable? I use to play Motocross Madness 2 via an old xbox controller and a convertor from the xbox cable to USB and wondering if I could do the same KIND of thing with the PS3 controller. I have had this game for about a month on my old XP SYSTEM. However recently i have upgraded (completely clean install not DUAL boot) to Windows Vista Home Premium, now the game will not load even after re-installation. it claims the following files is missing; d3dx9_34.dll; Now i have no idea where this is from nor how to fix it. Any ideas?

Have you tried REINSTALLING DirectX?the file d3dx9_34.dll is missing; but however i did what you suggested and ...it works i was installign it as i came on here to check, i was originally worried that it would override my DX10, but further research has told me that it will merely run alongside it.All right, so problem solved?

Okay, I APOLOGIZE if this is in the wrong area, im new to this site and I just really need help.

I downloaded the Sacred 2 demo today and it is running slowly. I have scanned my computer of all viruses and still have about 60GB's or more remaining on my PC. I am using Vista and here are some of my specs...

Have you tried re-installing?I did try a redownload but still no luck. I also can't set the proccess' priority any higher since it won't ALLOW me. It will say something ALONG the lines of "access denied" or something else of the sort. The recommended video card size is 512mb and mine is about twice that. My RAM is also higher then even the recommended. I guess I'll try and nVidia Driver search to be sure I have the most recent driver. Is there any known programs that could make it run any faster?I dont think any program wound make it run faster.

I was playing quantum of solace on my computer (see sig below for computer specs) and there seems to be a problem.

I don't htink it's game problem itself BUT when there's a lot of movement, for example like when you're SHOOTING and all of a sudden a bomb hits and the screen shakes as expected ....

I play the game for about 20 minutes and I usually feel sick or have headache or something afterward. What's the deal? I don't feel that way when I play Age of Empires 3...

It's like trying to watch a youtube video in full screen on my dad's old year old dell P3 desktop with Geforce FX5200 graphics on 512 mb memory and windows 2000....If I'm correct, Age of Empires is an RTS and Quantum of Solace is an FPS.

There are a few reasons why you may feel sick.
1. You may have motion sickness which is the most common reason as to why you may feel sick when playing First Person Shooters, SPECIALLY a game that shakes your screen as well.
2. (not so sure about this one) The monitor's refresh rate and the type of monitor you're playing on (size and type).
3. You're playing either too far or too close to the screen.
4. You're playing in a room with uneven or not enough lighting.

I know I get pretty dizzy if I play an FPS game late early in the morning.I have a 22 inch LCD and I don't know if I should change the brightness settings or not. It's at default.

I have played the FPS Battlefield 2 before without the problems I experience now.

Refresh rate of screen should be default, I have not changed any of that.

I played usually in afternoon with BLINDS open so it's nice and bright.Hmmm...

Try a different resolution. Maybe your video mode is the one causing it. Just play the game as often as you can, as you can see your body will adapt to any situation as you are exposed to it often.

This is my 1st POST, i hope sombody can help me.
Ive been playing Battlefield 2142 now since it came out 1st class game by the way, anyway something came on my screen the other day wanting me to write files to disc, it was files & folders from the game i just closed it down and ever since then when ive tried to play the game all i was getting was audio & the options page where you PICK your weapons, and the mouse would not work every time i loaded the game it did this and on every server i went on.
So i thought i would uninstall the game & reinstall it as you do, but no it was going on about it could not uninstall because it could not determine the path? what ever that means as i am a noob when it comes to this.
so ive went and deleted all the files that i could find for battlefield 2142, then went back into add/remove progs and most of the prog was gone leaving only 10.38mb, and i managed to delete that, ssssssssssssooooooooo, now i cant find any trace of it on my P.C.
But now the game will not load in when i try to reinstall the disk all i get is readme/exit/start BF2142/advanced/EAinfo. but the game will not load in putting the curser over them nothing happens aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh

When you put the disc in, go to My Computer and Right Click the CD Drive (with the disc in it)
Go to Explore.
This will bring you into the disc. Find a file called 'setup.exe' or something similar.

Try that and post back. Hi there i tried the set up exe as you suggested but no joy.

It's been a while since I posted anything here. Lately I've been playing "Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2" on our newest PC. (It still hasn't changed since the last time I mentioned it. It is still the HP Pavilion a1440n.) Now, I have SOMETHING to MENTION. For a while, both on this one and another computer was Windows XP Service Pack 2 or 3, I have encountered a problem with both "Jedi Knight" and "Mysteries of the Sith" sometimes crashing to the desktop when I save or load a game from the menu when I am in the middle of going through a level. (Quicksaving in the level never causes crashes.) It has been an extremely long time since it last did that to me, as I had found out that disabling the Cryptographic Services when playing the game prevents the crashes from happening. (I always enable and start them again after exiting the game.) I've been hoping that Microsoft would issue a hotfix to KEEP the Cryptographic Services from crashing "Jedi Knight" or "Mysteries of the Sith" when loading or saving a game from the menu. I can't have the game crash on me, as I find that very annoying and distracting.

I also have to mention that in order to get the cutscenes in the game to work perfectly, I have to run the game in windowed mode. (This affects the cutscenes and the menus, but not the LEVELS themselves, as the levels are always fullscreen. In order to combat the menus and cutscenes appearing smaller, I have to set the screen RESOLUTION at 640 x 480.)

Anyways, you can probably just copy over the program files to ensure you both have the same files but it could just be a problem with the system itself (hardware and/or software)If its a DLL than I would try to register it and see if that helps.

ok lets me make this straight its game cheats ,its a wallhack and formed to a dll file by C++ and basicly runs on d3d8.dll in system32 ( i think )

I have a slight PROBLEM with Call of Duty 4, and i would really like to know if there is a way around it. (also your first thought is gona be that im an idiot, please dont actually post that) You see, the minimal requirements for COD4 require a GeForce 6600 or higher... i have a GeForce 5600, thus it doesnt work. The game can not be returned as it is opened. Everything else matches and/or exeeds the minimal requirements. Every time i launch the game, there is an error message that says: "Error during innitialization: video card or driver does not support separate alpha blend, glow will be disabled" Disabling the glow feature seems like an easy thing to do, its in the game options, but the game wont launch. Is there a way to disable this "glow" feature without laaunching the game, and will that make it work, even with terrible lag, i just want it to launch.why not UPGRADE your graphics card? what type of interface does your current card use?i doubt with the current card that you are going to be able to run the game enjoyably any way... im talking like 10-15 fps MAX. i would consider buying a new card. as FAR as i know there is no way to change video settings out side of the game interface.i have thought of upgrading the video card, in fact im sure that will be done. I dont know my interface, but the computer isnt fully mine, so the true owner can figure that out. I was just looking for a way to make COD4 work now, i dont wana wait a week, il be gone from this house by then.patience is a virtue. besides, COD4 multiplayer can be QUITE frustrating for new people as they tend to get killed...ALOT.no im not a bad player, i have COD4 at home in a different country, im actually quite good, im just on the other side of the world right now, and i have the game here, and i wana play the game here. when trying to install the 5th disk ( battle FIELD Vietnam in the series) my computer tells me (WINDOWS xp) that an installation support file could not be found and that there is a catastrophic FAILURE do you have any scratches/inconsistencies in the disks? have you tried INSTALLING more then once? what kind of updates do you have on your pc, sp3? any other info that you think may be important?the disk is a LITTLE scrach and i have no updates patchs or ectyou have no windows updates? i would try getting sp2 then.

Simply put, after about 15 or so mins of gameplay, my PC SHUTS off. THis is the only game that it does it with. The temp for my card is fine, no overclocking (don't need it). Can't figure out what's wrong. I updated as I normally do (drivers, game, etc).

It all started simply enough... my friend came up to me and asked. "Hey have you ever played Pac-Man" I laughed at him and said "Man I don't play stuff like that"

He then thrust a computer screen, and processor into my face (while walking down the street) and I began to play. I played... and I played... and I played. I started on level 1 but then I went to level 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6... soon I couldn't help myself. I got to level 100 before I FINALLY sought help! But... alas it was too late.

Hi, i was wondering if the games i have (say they need intel pentium 3)(i can WORK them on my old pentium4) if the games would STILL work on Intel Pentium M or Intel Centrino? thanks Yes, they will be fine.
Almost all Pentium M CPUS are FASTER than PIIIs anyway, so no worries there.
However laptops do tend to have integarted graphics which will REDUCE your gaming capabilities.

I got a NEW HP dx2400 microtower, running XP. Now I tried to run Diablo (version for windows 95). It all works fine except for the fact that no matter how I install the resolution the SCREEN does not fit the display: the rights size of the screen falls off the display. Any idea how I can fix this?
