Im trying to import a .csv file to a calendar in Outlook. When I try and do so I get an Error as follows

Translation Error
A file error has occurred in the Comma Seperated Values (windows) TRANSLATOR while intializing a translator to build a field map.

Outlook was unable to retrieve the date from the file "C:\data\Angles2005.csv". Verify that you have the CORRECT file, that you have PERMISSON to open it, and that it is not open in ANOTHER program.

I verified the 3 suggestions it stated and I still cant import it. Any suggestions ?? thanks

Tell the person sending it to you to "zip" the file. Outlook will allow you to receive a zip file.You will need to EDIT the registry.
at the run command type "regedit" and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_USER\software\microsoft\office\10\security. add a new string value "Level1Remove" now click on the Level1Remove and modify then add exe;scr;mdb; ETC ... for all the extensions separated by semi colon. If the "security" don't exist you add a new key then add the string value with the REQUIRED parameters.

Once this has been edited, your .exe file will appeared in the attachment

My OS=Win95... I d/loaded regclean.exe. When I try to run the .exe it SAYS to Unzip it - so I run Unzip and it says "3 files unzipped SUCCESSFULLY". However it calls for Winzip and I don't have that program installed - I have Easy Zip. Is there another "free" Zip program AVAILABLE for me to install regclean.exe? I've still got my free version of winzip and it lets me unzip files but not zip them up. Your CHOICE both will work, Powerarchiver v 5.6 is totally free and fully functional, zip and unzip and more..

When I go to the calendar and turn on the taskpad view, my tasks are invisible. I know they are there, because some of the completion boxes are checked, and if I DOUBLE CLICK then the task will open up, but I cannot see the SUBJECT of the task in the taskpad view. My task list LOOKS normal, and this only happens when I use the taskpad view in the calendar. I have reinstalled Office but that didn't help. Any ideas?Have you tried running an Office update on http://www.microsoft.com ?

I sent an email a few weeks ago and got the error message below bounced back with it. This error message now appears with *every* email I'm sending out, regardless of what the address is.
I've tried to get rid of the error message, have deleted the original offending email, have cancelled the send instruction but all to no avail. HELP!

Does anyone know how to TYPE a fraction number in a proper way (up-down not left-right) in an Excel cell? Embedding a Equation object doesn't work in my situation.You can use alt-171 for one-half and alt-172 for one-quarter.

There are no other fractions in the ASCII table. Use the numbers on the numeric keypad with the Alt key.

Question, why can't you use an Equation Object?

Hope this helps. The embedded Equation object is like an "floating" object and cannot be refered to. For example, I wanna put an equation in cell A1, and let cell B1=A1, and this function will read A1 as an EMPTY cell rather than the equation.The ASCII representation of ½ is not numeric which makes it unsuitable for Excel formulas. Excel has many mathematical FUNCTIONS you can use and you can output a cell in fractional (left-right only), decimal or floating point formats.

That might be a good workaround for the problem.

Hope this helps. I know that the Excel formulas will work, but my problem is to display the fraction as "up-down" not "left-right".I guess you could hide the real fraction, then use 2 cells, one over the other with an bottom border on the top cell. Place formulas in those cells to parse the hidden fraction.

Or key the numerator in the top cell, denominator in the bottom cell and use a formula to actually calculate the value wherever else you need it using the two cells.I was unable to find an Excel option that will allow you to change fractional representation.

The Equation Editor creates an graphic object but I was unable to find any exposed methods or properties you could use in a macro. No suprise there.

Gussery is right. Use a workaround. If you turn off the grid lines no one will be the wiser. The alternative would be to write your own fraction object and use a macro.

Emails take 10 to 20 seconds to OPEN. This problem is UNIVERSAL regardless of presence or size of attachments.

Once a message OPENS all other aspecet work fine.

Any ideas on how to SOLVE this problem?How big is your .pst file?Do other programs open like this?

I am attempting to REINSTALL Works Suite 2005 after deleting the original. I was told you have to delete all the previous Works Suite to reinstall it. I try to load the new Suite and it won't load. The disc just SPINS and nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a new Gateway only a couple MONTHS old running Windows xp Media edition.
I think the problem there is that AUTORUN is not working... Do this... Enter My Computer, and double-click on the CD Drive that the CD is in... Look for a file called AutoRun, and double-click on it... It should then start... If not, then look for the install file, and double-click on that... This should work...

This has been happening for about a MONTH now. Whenever I PLAY a game, it minimizes down to the task bar about every five minutes. It every sometimes deselects internet windows while I'm typing. I was told it might have something to do with my processes, but I'm afraid that I will mess up my computer even worse if I try .Is this a specific game? What OS are you using?

Check for viruses and spyware and see what comes up. We can check your startup processes after we know the system is clean.

Has your machine changed since before this happened till now? Updated drivers for video, keyboard or DirectX...stuff like that.

You say "though I sometimes have some spyware that I have to restart the computer to get rid of." You do have the spyware program delete the spyware first, right? Just booting will not get rid of the spyware.

Hope this gives you some IDEAS of what to look for. Sara, for the Sims 2, do you download items and people, etc. from the Sims 2 webiste? It could be that some of those files are corrupted, and are causing these PROBLEMS...

I have been USING Front Page 2002 for several YEARS with no SIGNIFICANT problems, however yesterday while I was editing using the WYSIWYG page, I evidently hit something on my keyboard and now on all of the WYSIWYG pages, there are little yellow boxes with HTML. It MAKES the WYSIWYG feature very hard to use, especially on pages with lots of HTML!

Does anyone happen to know what I may have done to cause this and more importantly, how do I get rid of those annoying yellow html boxes?!!!
If you EVER edited it with Microsoft Word, it puts those tags all over the place.nope...I've never edited using Word...and this is now on every page...not just the one I was editing. How do I revert everything back to "normal" with no little yellow boxes?

i'm having a bit of trouble with CD's that i have BURNED from my computer. When i put them into a CD player other than the one on the computer and my walkman, the players don't recognise that there is a disk in them.
I have attempted USING both microsoft media player and sonic record now software to burn the CD, and CD Audio and mp3 format,but neither of them work!
The CD's i have are CD-RW, 4-12x speed (whatever that MEANS! ) and are made by logik. they claim they are CD-regrabable (?!) and have a logo inside saying COMPACT disk digital audio. thats about all the information i can find at the minute!

thanksOnce the CDs are done burning, you need to finalize them... Most burning software will ask you if you want to finalize or not... Keep in mind that you MUST finalize the CD in order for standard players to read it...

so open word to a new page ....... then go to the document you want and use your mouse to highlite the first part you want and then right click on the selected part and chose copy........ now open the blank word doc and paste in the selected info ....then go back and highlite the other portion you want and right click and copy ....go back to your new word document ........paste in the last part ......save the new document and then print it..........

dl65 I remember seeing my old boss printing (30) random sections of a 500 section document by highlighting the text/image that she wanted to print and pressing a key. Then when she was finished selecting, her screen was still showing the full document, with the highlighted selections. She then clicked print and print selection only and voila her 60 page doc was 4 pages with no copy & paste.

I use Outlook's diary feature quite a lot on my Pocket PC and want to be able to sync my work schedule quickly and easily. My PROBLEM here however is as I work shifts I could be rota'd to work 1 out of 5 different start and finish times, I never have anything different to this. Therefore it WOULD be great if there was a way that I could get the software to automate the ACTUAL entry process then all I would need to do is go to the day in question and then select from my list of 5. Then let Outlook create all the start/finish times and other details automatically. Can anyone TELL me if or how to do this by setting up macros, I can't seem to make any sense out of help topics.

Do you know a pdf editor/creator? Other than Adobe Acrobat? (for Windows XP/2000)
I am looking for... I need something that let's you also to make some small drawing in pdf files: lines, circles, text-boxes; something that let you modify pdf files, create pdf files (I mean, File->New PDF File), edit pdf files, draw in pdf files.
All I FOUND until now it is a little clumsy. Pdf Editor it is the only alternative that I found, but I am still looking.

For about two weeks now my computer has started crashing whenever I run a virus scan, go on any website with Flash or Shockwave animation, open any application or even print large documents. I was first told the problem could have been caused by the Altnet registry key, but I deleted that and I still have the problem. I've ALSO managed to run quick scans on Ad-Aware, Spyware Doctor and Norton. I don't know what I should do because if it is a virus, how do I get rid of it if virus scans crash?

I just completed installation of Office XP (formerly was using Office 2000 premium) and when I try to open Outlook, get the following message:

"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The .DLL FILE for the information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured"

Does anybody have ANY IDEA what this means & how I fix it? ??

I need to import them & can't remember where they're stored...duh...
:-/Actually the calendar and other progarms should have their own Import/Export utility... Usually this can be done by clicking on File -> Export ... After clicking on Export, follow the on-screen instructions...

After my tiresome and diligent search that lasted an entire 2 seconds I found a decent content blocker which is a bit crude, but does a decent JOB.

Depending on the SIZE of your video file you could burn it as a video cd as opposed to a DVD .

If you have Nero Express software .......it will encode the file for you as well . It does take quite a while to recode ....so be patient .........

Use your google and enter convert WMV to DVD and SEE all possibilities.

I believe what they are referring to is that Cloudscape runs within the JVM where as MySQL is PLATFORM dependent. This makes it easier for developers to write and distribute their applications.

I keep getting an error message when I run ScanDisk:
"ScanDisk has restarted 10x because windows or another program has been writing or another program has been writing to this drive. Quiting some running programs may enable Scandisk to finish sooner..."

How can I find out which program is running? Would a anti-virus be affecting this (yes, I have McAffee- yuck.)

DL65 Make sure you disable your screensaver as well. If you're still having badluck in safe mode, you can try running it from DOS. What OS are you running?My OS is Windows ME. I know, I know, worst system on the planet. Well, I tried in safemode and disabled screen saver and I still get the same error message.

- Start the computer and just before the Windows ME logo appears, repeatedly tap the F8 key till the Windows ME Startup boot menu appears.
- Use the arrow keys to select "Command Prompt Only" and press Enter.
- At the C:\ prompt, TYPE: scandisk /all /surface and press Enter.
In the morning, you should be back at the C:\ prompt. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to

Now that the "powers that be" have desided to make the floppy DRIVE obsolete. They have created all sorts of ISSUES for me. I have an old DOS application (on floppy of course) that will run a diag loop on the PC in question. I need to be able to boot from a CD and run this app but I have been running into all sorts of problems.
I have tryed creating a BOOTABLE CD with applications such as Nero and CD creator, then adding the files from the floppy without success... anybody have any ideas?
Any help will be apprciated as I am about to lose the little hair I have left.

JeffJeff, if you really need this floppy disk drive, then why not just go to the computer store and buy an external floppy drive? They aren't expensive, and it will save you from pulling any more of your hair out!

I did try UBCD but ran into prolems trying to add my app to the user defined section... I will give it another go however... have you had a lot of success with customizing UBCD???

JeffHaven't tried customizing UBCD. I almost NEVER need to boot from CD, all PC's have FDD. There is some work being done on bootable USB, but no standards released that I am aware of.

Trying to move from Outlook Express to Outlook. Same exact settings when I set up the email account. For some reason, when it tries to automatically pick up incoming email, it doesn't recognize the password set for the account. On OUTGOING email, which is set to be the same as incoming, it recognizes it.

The error number is: 0x800ccc92

I've TRIED exporting the account from Outlook Express where it works FINE and I get the same error in Outlook.SpikeFC.....read the info below .

dl65 I WENT through the steps listed there but I think I have everything set up correctly. It seems like when I set up the Account, for some reason, it doesn't recognize that anything is entered under password.

When I hit send and receive it prompts me every time to enter the password. When I enter it there, it works fine.Use Mozilla Thunderbird.

Obtain it here. More reliable and EASIER to use than Microsoft Outlook.

I have to register WinRAR but can't open the binary file with the key. Every time I try to open it I get RealPlayer with message "Metafile contains invalid SYNTAX." What changes do I have to make in order to open my file? Thanks.titilucky....Which version of WinRar are you attempting to use ?


dl65 WinRar does not require to be registered.

If you wish to open the file, follow these steps:

1. Open Winrar
2. Go to File -> Open
3. Select the file you wish to open.

Rather than double clicking on the file, this will ENSURE that the extension is opened with the correct program.

It has nothing to do with the version, it's with RealPlayer.

Raptor, thanks, I'll try that and report. I tried going to the file and I got message "Only 5 days LEFT to buy a license".

Let me clarify that the binary file is an attachment to an email.

My RealPlayer program came w/the PC and I haven't made any changes of configuration but I understand it shouldn't be associated with RAR format at all.
If you are using Windows XP you can reconfigure the extension settings by following the steps written below:

1. Go to start
2. Go to Configuration
3. Go to Control Panel
4. Go to Folder Settings
5. Go to the filetype tab.
6. Find the .RAR extension and click on it
7. Click on the modify button.

WinRAR will be avaible for use even after the trial PERIOD has ended. Registering is optional, but lawful.

I am using XP OS with Outlook 2000. The work station is in network with server 2003.
When I click open my outlook I get an error of Window installer which

like lots of other people, i've gotten netflix. i've had it for a while and some what recently, they offered the option of being able to watch movies on your computer.

my computer: dell inspiron E1505 (laptop), just over a year old

so this is the problem-- i called netflix tech support for watch now and they said that i do have all i need, but apparently, my computer is sending out a signal saying i have SP1 instead of SP2 (this is all according to the technician). then i called dell and they said that they could fix it..for $120 (partially because my warranty is up and they don't do software support). so i decided not to pay an outrageous amount of money and see what i could find online.

if anyone knows a solution, that'd be super OR if there's possibly a way around how they do their movie viewing.

Have you gone to the Windows Update site and downloaded all critical updates? This is the SP2 page...

You might want to post a HijackThis log in the malware section.i scan every night with AVG. i have hijack this from a problem i had a while ago. i'll post a log into the malware section and see if they can find anything. Friday afternoon I had my laptop stolen. To cut a long story short I got it back today....it had all my work files, photos of my nan before she died last YEAR and everything and they have wiped it all.

Jonas ok testdisk seems to be working, but all the files are numbers like f123456, is there any way to restore or do i have to go though each file...so far there are 235,000 files found!!You might have to go through your files and manually rename them. It'll be a pain, especially because you'll run into old files you have deleted, but if you're able to actually retrieve everything (or most of it), then that's what's important.

As you may recall, two years ago, my hard drive crashed and I lost some vacation pictures that I had not backed up. I took it to a shop, the guy was able to pull some stuff off of it, but not the pictures (cost me about $50). Of what he could recover, some of the folders were empty and some files corrupted. What is interesting is that the folder that I really wanted is not even on the CD that he made.

I will spare you the details, but the HD is back in my possesion. I feel that I know a lot more now than I knew then, and am ready to try to recover the data myself.

From what I can gather, the partition table is messed up. I cannot get any OS to recognize the drive (Windows, Linux). I am able to run diagnostic programs, which of course show errors on the drive.

Today I tried a couple of programs from [emailprotected] - NTFS Reader and Partition Recovery (DEMO version). I was able to use Partion Recovery to CREATE a temporary partition and actually browse (text only) to the folder i want to recover. The files appear to still be there, and the file sizes make sense as well.

Here is the bummer...the demo does not permanently fix the broken partition. The full program is $30. If i repair the partition, I THINK i can use the NTFS Reader program to get the files (maybe). Or could I use an OS at that point?

I have no idea what I am doing. I am willing to pay $30 IF it works.

From the extracted quote above I assume the file system is NTFS. Another Dos-type program I have found very useful is NTFS4Dos, (from here), very like ReadNTFS but with turbo, might be worth a try.

Last evening I put the bad drive in as a slave in one of my older XP machines. I ran the free program PC Inspector and stumbled through the process. I did not find the program to be particularly easy to use, but once I figured out the best way to do things, I was able to ACCESS my files and pull what I thought to be 90% of my lost pictures onto the other HDD access them. It took me about 4 hours total.

This program takes a long time to scan, there is no preview for photos, and every file you pull is renamed "cluster" followed by a long number. It is also odd that all of my pics had the same file size - 1.43 mb. At any rate, I was on Cloud 9 today.

Though I could not recall what pictures, if any, were missing (it has been two years, remember), I would have sworn I got 90% of them.

Well, when I got home today I decided to try VirtualLab Data Recovery and just see what it's like. What a GREAT program! That is the way data recovery software should work. It was MUCH faster and after it rebuilt a temporary file system, I could access my folders and files nearly as they appeared on the drive. I could even preview my pictures!! Then, after you confirm the data is there and worth salvaging, you pay for a space "quota" to pull the data from the bad drive. $40 for 100 mb. I am glad that I was able to get some via the free method, or else 100 mb would not have been enough. It turns out that I only got about 60% the first time. This program took like 30 minutes.

I am pretty sure I got them all now.

So I think next I will try TestDisk, which is another free program recommended. I am curious to see if would have been successful with it. Now that I have my data, I really don't care what happens to this drive.

Which brings me to my next questions: Is this disk repairable and reusable? What do I need to do to it and what kind of scans should I do to make sure that it is trustworthy?

Great to hear you got your data back...40 bucks for 100G sounds a bit steep but hey it worked and only the owner of something can determine it's value...

As to the drive i recommend visiting the manuf. site and using their free diagnostics on it to see if the drive can be trusted with further data...this is the most reliable method.

Again Congrats !Well, for kicks I tried a free program called TestDisk (the Windows version since I still had the bad drive hooked up as a slave in a Windows machine). Within 10 minutes from start to finish, I had my desired data copied over to the Windows drive. Its a text based, DOS like program, but is fairly easy to navigate and use. I do not know how it did it, but it was pretty amazing.

The only wierd thing is that the root folder listing stopped at the "M"s even though the other programs showed folders beyond that. It was no big deal to me, as my stuff was in "Documents and Settings."

Even though I was able to get all of my pics for free using TestDisk, I do not regret paying the $40 for the Virtual Labs program. I just wanted the data recovery portion of this experience to be OVER I wanted my pictures, and since I could actually SEE them, I jumped at it. It was a good learning experience too.

OK, on to the bad drive. I ran SeaTools. Maxtor is now owned by Seagate, so my search for Maxtor tools led me there. I have used MaxBlast and it did not have the options that SeaTools does. After running a long scan, I found 57 bad sectors, including Sector 0. I ran the repair tool and it says that it fixed all of the bad sectors. Now what do I do? Do I do a zero fill and rescan?

It also said that the Temp was 253 degrees, or had reached that temp at some time, which does not seem likely.

Again, how do I know that this drive is trustworthy? I would probably use it to store my iTunes library, and maybe some video captures, both of which would also backed up on an external. I would just rather not even mess with it if it is going to crash again soon.

A zero fill and re-scan is exactly what to do next...
Also if you DLoad and burn the UBCD (ultimate boot CD ) you will find the Seatools on there as well as some excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting apps. He has collected them over the years and it's a CD that's saved my bacon more times than i could count.

As long as you are doing regular backups to the external i would have no problem re-using that drive...

All HDD's FAIL. I highly recommend Acronis True Image as a backup utility...version 9 is available right now for 20 bucks shipped...i'd hold off on ver. 10 for now as some people are having issues but from what i've read these are mostly in a server enviornment.

I use MS SyncToy. It may not be the best, but its free, and i am new to this external drive thing. I figure as long as my important files get to a second location, then that is sufficient.

Hi, i have a netgear ROUTER and an ASUS USB adapter to allow my wireless connection, it all worked fine... but then mu hard drive DIED, so i got a new one, obviously i dont have anything on it, and that includes the software that was used to allow my computer to connect to the router.. I dont have a DISK or anything, as it was a spare USB stick given to me by a friend as my original netgear one broke..

Could anyone help me find somewhere where i can download software to use the TWO together? I originally used the ASUS control center, but i cant find anywhere to download it, is there any other programs that will allow me to use this USB adapter to connect to my router?

Jonas No that is not where the conversations are saved. If you check your settings in Live messenger you'll see they're saved to C:\documents and settings\username\My Documents\My Received Files\your msn username\History. The conversations are saved as xml files.They aren't there where you say.
I checked that the conversations aren't saved at my comp. (Because if I need them I usually save them myself. )
But I can find them in the place witch I listed.

Jonas If you've set Windows Live to not save conversations then why do you think Live has saved them in your contacts folder? I'm sorry but that just doesn't make any sense to me. Also Windows Live is by default set to encrypt contact data, so getting anything out of those files will be almost impossible.Well I know its ALMOST impossible but that's just what I like to do: Do THINGS that are almost impossible.

Jonas And I don't think conversations are stored there. Simply because if MS was storing conversations without the user's consent they'd be heading straight for yet another lawsuit. I think the files just stores contact information so Live doesn't have to download it from the server every time you log on.

But good luck with opening the files. You'll need to reverse engineer Live to get the decryption key if they indeed are encrypted. That'll be one *censored* of a learning experience. Btw. I just noticed you can disable the encryption in Live under Options --> Security.

Uninstall your old drivers by going to Add/Remove Programs and choosing the ATI Software Uninstall Utility, then reboot.
Install your new drivers, then reboot again.

I want to set it as a background, TYPE in my information but only have the information print on a pre-printed form. I do not want the form to print. Also with the form protected can I hit the "all clear" and only have the information deleted not the form? I have tried to set it as background and to stop the background from printing but it will not allow me to do this. Maybe I am telling it to do the wrong thing. Boy do I need help. I created the form as a SPREADSHEET and saved as a template. I believe when you save it as a template it saves it as a workbook. My problem is that I am unable to set it as an on-screen form only. I have used the help on the windows program but it does not tell me how to do it. Is it possible in Windows Excel 2000 to save it as an on-screen form only?

A couple of months ago I had some problems with my computer and I went and restored it to FACTORY settings. It fixed the problem that I was having, however, now I cannot use my Media Center any more. Now whenever I open it, I get this message:

COMPONENT REGISTRATION FAILURE
Some of the files NEEDED to play radio or VIDEO are missing or corrupt. Media Center component registration may have failed.

I then push OK and get this:

CRITICAL PROCESS FAILURE
A critical Media Center process has unexpectedly failed. If problems persist, please restart your machine and try again, or contact technical support. Code: 3

Also, I cannot get it to close unless I restart my computer.

I was just wondering if, when I reset my computer if it messed up the files for it. Does anyone know how to fix this? Should I reset it back to factory settings again?

So now what?Let it do it's thing then go to Add/Remove and uninstall .Net Framework and do a clean DLoad, re-boot and try re-installing it.

I have had this problem for quite a while and have DONE various searches for results. OUTLOOK 2003 mislabels all the emails 1 HOUR off. When its 9 am it show the email was received at 8 am. I have checked the time on the pc, its correct. I have gone into Outlook tools and under time zones made sure that I am in the right time zone. It did say to adjust for daylight savings time and when I did it moved the time to 1 hour later. I even downloaded a FILE from MS that was suppose to fix the time zone problem. It had no effect. Has anyone run into this problem? any help would be appreciated.

One of my users has lost the ability to add an attachment as a shortcut. The option was previously there, but has now gone. Ive tried shutting down Outlook and re-opening, no joy. Removed the users profile from the workstation so he picked up a fresh one from the server. still no joy. Cant go down the track of 'repairing' using the Outlook CD cos WinInstaller3.1 is missing and i cant add it...these workstations are very old, but i have no replacements so need to resolve this as soon as possible. Why not just add an attachment? Why the fuss about the "shortcut" issue? What are you trying to do here? Indeed, adding a shortcut doesn't make sense. If you're sending message to someone and the recipient is supposed to be able to open an attachment, they need that file, not a shortcut to it, since a shortcut WOULD REFER back to the senders computer, not a file on the recipient's computer.Using Outlook 2000. The reason to send the attachment as a shortcut, is so that any amendments that are made are reflected on the original document. The attachment is on a shared drive. Several people are sent the attachment and amend it accordingly, so in real terms, everyone is amending the same document, this stops several versions of the document being circulated.That doesn't make sense. The shortcut is not the document; it's just a link to it. Mail RECIPIENTS would need the actual file to amend it. In other words, they must have the actual document open to amend it and they don't have it if all they've received is a shortcut. Furthermore, if you have, indeed, attached a shortcut, mail recipients would not be able to open the file because they don't have it on their hard drive.

It is a shared document on a shared networked drive.

I have Insert, Insert as Text, and Insert as Attachment, but not Insert as Shortcut. I suspect this has to do with the fact that your workstations are networked and I'm using a stand-alone system. So, Insert as Shortcut wouldn't make sense on my computer.

This Microsoft article might help: OL2000: Unable to Insert Internet Shortcut; it seems related. I'd try the technique of dragging the shortcut to the message body and see if that WORKS. I don't know what you'd need to do to get Insert as Shortcut back on that computer.thanks anyways, ill check the Microsoft link out tomorrow
