So my first question is how do I save my pictures, music, microsoft office and all of the other programs I have added to my computer? Is that what's on it when you first buy it? I have rebooted the modem, unplugged and turned off all, reconnected all in sequence. I've tried pinging the modem; won't ping. I've tried resetting the IP address; nothing. It just tells me there's a conflict with the IP address. I turned on the guest account feature in Vista and ran into a few problems. It seems that none of the software that I installed via the administrator account is available here. They are available in that you can click on the icon but nothing comes up. While this is totally fine from my point of view this makes me think of two problems:<br/><br/>1. If a game is a Java game and even if I have Java installed does this mean that my friend's son won't be able to play it?<br/>2.
