The best I can explain: Kitchen should be placed opposite to the direction of the PREVAILING WIND so that smoke may not enter into the other rooms of these BUILDING. It is better to have kitchen in a separate WING or block or disconnected with a lobby and windows and chimney for smoke to escape.
