I tried to MAKE a webpage in which i have to ERASE white page with eraser in flash, when we erase white page, GOOGLE ADD sensed come at backside, so USER can erase page n see ads.

I have done with the erase with flash , but I dont know how to show google ads at back side means everytime when user refresh page, ads are automatically change, which are comming from back end of google.

Can any one help me in  this .

I opend my wmp playlist today and atleast 40 of my MP3's wouldn't work! It CAME up with a MESSAGE saying "Windows Media Player cannot play this file. The player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file." But all the new MP3's I added atleast 2 days ago still work. I havn't really done much wich could effect the MP3's. I recently uninstalled Winamp if they would effect it I don't know. I checked the file where the MP3's are located and there all intact and still there. So I don't know what's happened. Anyone have any ideas?Uninstalled WinAmp?

SOUNDS like its a codec problem, when you uninstalled WinAmp, the codecs it used were also uninstalled.

Possible causes:
Codecs, addressed above
FILES were moved to a different directory, F3 to rescan?
Were the files in a different user account, which was once public, and now no longer? (Permissions check)

I'm using a asus p5gc-mx/1333 motherboard, and ive attempted to install the Realtek AC driver that i got from the packed driver, to no effect, ive TRIED to install it 3 times and I still don't have sound, ive already tried to download  from  asus site but still not working..
my speaker is working and it has sound when opening and during shutdown .. but when in my media PLAYER error MESSAGE appear and it say device mixer missing.... 
at the moment im clueless as where to GET the driver or how to get my sound to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Any Yellow !!'s ?yes it has yellow with exclamation mark.. If it's onboard sound the correct drivers will be on the MBoard Driver CD that came with the board...yes it was built in soundcard device.. previously it was installed in my  but it says in my media player that the  devices mixer is missing so i uninstalled it  unfortunately when i  reinstall the realtek in mboard cd an error appear during installation .. it says unable to install and some data is corrupted.. OK so I see a lot of "file missing" items in the HJT log, but they will not disappear when I remove them.  What can be taken out? The computer crawls, and I am still trying to learn as much as I can... Thanks!

I have a Dell Inspiron 5150. It was working fine. My daughter turned it off and the next time she turned it on all she got was a black screen and a blinking cursor. I had her bring it home with her for Thanksgiving. It won't go into bios or safe mode. I took the battery out for a few minutes, put it back in and it started booting up but froze up. I did a hard shut down and it's back to the black screen. I put the XP Pro cd in and it did nothing.

Does any one have an idea?

NonnaDo you normally get a "splash screen" with the Dell logo?  Does Dell require you to press the delete key to get to BIOS, or one of the F KEYS?

I don't remember. It's my daughter's. I just tried all the "regular" keys.Oh, and no splash screen.No, you done good to try all the "regular" keys.  "Del", "F1","F2", and even "F10" get you to BIOS on some systems.

Does the blinking cursor show up right away, once you turn on the power?it shows up immediatelyHave you tried the battery trick again and then try to get into the safe boot menu? If so, you might be able to run a disk check/repair from safe mode.

Also, have you tried to boot from the recovery CD or any bootable CD? If this works, you have a hard drive problem. It could be corrupted software or root on the drive, or an actual physical error. My drive crapped out on my HP laptop several months ago. I was able to find a replacement on Ebay with Windows XP preloaded for $50.00. I just pulled the old one out, put the NEW one in, and presto it booted. Of course I lost any data that I had not backed up to my server recently, and had to reinstall all my software packages. Best Buy's Geek SQUAD guys wanted $200 just to LOOK at it, so this was a cheap alternative.

Good luck.yeah, the battery trick hasn't worked again. I GUESS I'll get an external floppy drive tomorrow and try this 98 start-up disc I have and see what I can do with it.

I have Power DVD 7.0 and need some help.

Does ANYONE know how to MAKE Play Lists up in Power DVD 7.0???

I need to know because I would like to have a fue MPEG CLIPS play BACK to back.

Ultimately I am going to be running about six workstations out of my house.  I am not trying to run a buisiness or anything like that, I am trying to get familiar networking.  I have my main general use station, and the family laptop.  Downstairs I have four test subjects.  Two are operational and two will be soon.  maybe I should be leaning towards a server based OS anyway. What are you trying to do exactly?

When I go to save an edited video to my computer "My Video" it takes ages and stop transfering around the 75% mark and will not go to finish. I have put a 250MB graphic into the computer uped the ram from 1GB to 2GB but this makes no difference. Any ideas how to overcome this would be great. OjasIs this with Windows MOVIE MAKER? I downloaded CDburnerXP but am curious about something.  It uses the "MASTERED" file system to burn disks.  So, if I use CDburnerXP to burn an RW DISK, how can I erase the RW disk later, if I NEED to???   If I'm not mistaken, "mastered" files cannot be erased.   

How did people MANAGE to erase RW disks before the "live file system" came out??

I erase them all the time and it has a tool to do so.
Just did one yesterday as a matter of fact.Follow this link and see what a microsoft website says about "mastered" disks.. They say it isn't possible to erase mastered disks.  (when you get to the site, click on the note that says "Why are there two different ways to format a disk?")

On the other hand, here we are, and you say you have sucessfully erased a "mastered" disk.  What am I MISSING here???I'm not sure what you or MS means by "mastered" here...
The file system choices are listed in the drop down menu labeled Disk in CDBurnerXPro.Isn't the "live file system" as new thing that came out with Vista?  Since CDburnerXP was made before Vista came out I assume it uses the "mastered" file system format.

...and sinse "mastered" disks cannot be erased, according to Microsoft, I'm just wondering how people managed to erase RW disks that been been formated with the "mastered" file system.   

So, if someone were to say, "RW disks cannot be erased if they have used a "mastered" format", that would obviously be an inncorrect statement because you just said that you did it yesterday.....   I'm not too good with optical disks and I'm trying to get to the bottom of all this...

hi hello i just recently upgrade my os from xp to vista, but i cant install my driver for my PRINTER and scanner, they said that theres a way in installing PROGRAM using vista and i dont know what is it? any help about it?

Unplug the printer then install the driver. Plug it back in. See if that works.still cant, its just display an error message saying your system cant comply MINIMUM system requirements, but i can install it before when i use windows xp.. Travel to the printer manuf. website and enter your Model#...
If you are now running Vista then you need Vista DRIVERS for that.
NOTE: There are MANY printers that lack Vista drivers...hopefully this is not one of them.

I have new product as per above. DRIVERS and software loaded and working. Digital TV works fine. No audio for FM radio that I have STORED stations for.I can get video to play via VCR that I wish to burn to DVD but I cannot get sound.  I have the blue coloured pin in right audio in  blue port on PC. I have "Line in" selected on audio option.  I am using the red WHATE and yellow RCA leads out of VCR into Capture card. Help would be appreciated. The software for the Winfast product apps was crap. I USED download from Winfast to get apps HAPPENING. Sound for FM radio not working issue? Thanks in advance.

What do you do when you try to delete exactly? I/O device error means something more serious than Open OFFICE...Post more details on the machine specs and what happened prior to this...in order to delete I click right and click delete. but it doesn't work.
I get only this massage;(Open Office.org 2.0 cannot be deleted.  maybe this is because of an I/O error.furthermore i have deleted it from System/software by add/remove.
but the folder cannot be deleted.why? i don't know?

I have a bunch of discs that came with the Dell COMPUTER,but none that say"aol" on it.

Hi all, I would like to send my Kodak PICS to a folder created in an external HD but with Kodak software program there appears to me to be only 'burn to disc' option. Once pics are backed up, I may then be able to delete from pc or at least not loose them like last crash that I had to FORMAT HD. Any help appreciated. Thanks.You should be able to "MANUALLY" copy the pictures from their existing folder to the back up folder by using Windows Explorer.  You can "drag" the pictures from their current folder to the DESTINATION folder.I will give that a try, thankyou very much.You may also want to consider a different IMAGE program for photos such as IrfanView (FREE ) ....
The Easyshare software is a pain in the you know what.I do have Irfanview too and I love it for reseizing. The Kodak software has some plus values as well though and downloading from camera into Kodak software works well. Thanks though for reply.

Several times RECENTLY I have had a window appear -

I know that Macromedia is part of Adobe and I have Adobe 9 reader installed. Would that somehow have something to do with it?  I cannot FIND Macromedia LISTED anywhere in Control Panel - Programs & Features and am not sure what to do.  I never use Adobe and have Foxit Reader 2.3 also installed.  Would it be a good idea to just uninstall all Adobe programs?

I have recently got a new PC with Windows Vista OS and am not yet very familier with the new system.

Advice appreciated.    I'm wondering why you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed if you never use Adobe Reader.  Anyway, I believe there's no connection between Adobe Reader and Macromedia Flash Player.  Still, if you never use Adobe Reader, I think I'd uninstall it. And then, run CCleaner (get the Slim version at http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds).

To be perfectly honest, I've wondered why I have Adobe Reader -  it was installed ages ago and I changed to Foxit after some problem ( I think that involved Macromedia somehow).  Anyhow, it's now uninstalled and I have downloaded Macromedia Flash Player 8, as you suggest. I have CCleaner.

I recently acquired a Gateway laptop from my mom that she used to use at work.  It has Novell Client installed and whenever I start the computer, I am given a window asking for a password.  Neither my mom or I know the password.  In addition, since I am not in the NETWORK or whatever that she had at work, is that affecting this as well? What can I do? I just kinda want it off my computer, but I can't find anything online.  Everything I have seen involves being able to actually log on to the computer, which I can't do.  HELP!!try to click cancel..... if niether of youknow the passwords, try BOOTING in saemode, or even having to re-install the OSlog on to the computer USING the admin. account.  If your loggin on to the computer using the admin account Novell really doesn't matter, just make sure workstation only is checked and your computer name is highlighted You have to delete EVERYTHING!!!!! that has to do with Novell in the C: drive.  This should help the problem. I was just going through my pictures.  I noticed for the first TIME some are DUPLICATED over and over.  I don't know how that happened but it would take me FOREVER to delete them manually.  Is there any good free programs that goes through them and DELETES the duplicates?  Help yourself from this SELECTION but be careful, some duplicated files are necessary though I've never heard of a 'picture' or image file being so.

Having RECOMMENDED Advanced Windows Care, can I give a word of caution about the latest version, V3? It stopped Windows working on my computer. I posted on their board and did as recommended and TRIED a clean install, which WORKED till restart, then it stopped Windows loading again. Other folk have posted similar problems on the AWC site.
It was a good program till this latest version, but I will not reinstall it now.Hopefully they will end up figuring out that users are having problems, and release a new version. You might be able to contact the manufacturer and ask for an older version. Not SURE if they are the same but MS just announced they are dropping Live One Care...You know, I really WANTED to try out Live One Care.

I am pretty sure AWC is another program made before Live One Care. Different company. Relatively common software. I tried contacted them via their forum. Other folk have posted similar problems, but no helpful response apart from "try clean install", which I did.

Hello everyone.  A friend of mine loaned me his Toshiba Satellite Laptop L35-S2161.  He was trying to install a new version of Internet Explorer I suppose it was the most recent version (he didnt know himself).  Anyway somewhere along the line the install went bad and he restarted the computer do to a freeze.  When you try to reboot you get the normal Toshiba Logo with the option to go to BIOS (f2) or choose which boot method (f12)...such as HD,LAN,FDD or DVD.  However there is no way what so ever that I see to get to the option menu most computers have which allows "Last Know Good Config" or "Safe Mode".  Normally it is (f8) from what I understand.  He told me not to format either because he has files on the system he wants to save however I don't see any other alternative. Get one of these to grab the data from the drive:

Theres a few programs that just can't connect to the internet on my Sony Vaio laptop running Vista

For example: 'Free Download Manager', 'MyHeritage family tree builder', certain youtube video downloaders all timeout or can't connect in some other way

However my Kapersky PROGRAM can download UPDATES, i can connect to MSN messenger, my widget works, in all honesty most things do connect to the internet but the 2 programs I want to use the most are listed above and I really need to get this PROBLEM fixed!

-I've tried putting FDM and Myheritage on the trusted applications list in Kapersky, and have tried pausing protection from Kapersky as well so unless I'm OVERLOOKING something there I don't think its Kapersky but I could be wrong

I'm thinking about purchasing a new computer. I've been reading up how it's better to "BUILD" your own computer rather than buying MANUFACTURED ones because they are preloaded with software that lowers their performance. Can't you simply delete any unwanted software on the computer you buy and you'll be okay?

It should be in "Computer Software" section.Most of the time, depending on the company you get the computer from, you should be able to UNINSTALL the unwanted software (however you may end up finding them useful.

I'm wondering if there is a way to have multiple REPLY to addresses in Outlook Express.

My boss wants me to email him all the emails I send out to clients so I put both the client and his email in the To field.  However, when the client replies is there anyway that the reply email will automatically go to both my email and my boss' email addresses?

You can't rely on the client to hit "reply all" instead of just reply even if I ask them to in my email so it goes to both of us.  I am only part-time so if I'm not here when the client responds, he will have to wait until I am in the OFFICE to forwad to to him.  It'd just be easier if 2 email addresses could be put in the reply to field in the ACCOUNT options.

I just tried it in Outlook and it did not work.  I tried separating multiple addresses with a comma or semi-colon in the Reply to box in the account settings and Outlook would not accept it. 

Another way the OP's requirement could be handled is by use of a mail forwarding feature, where the feature is enabled via settings in their email service.  Even a free Gmail account has this feature.  So, when sarah is away, she could logon to a Gmail account, enable forwarding, which automatically forward mail sent to her address, to her boss's address until the setting and disabled. Or, they could leave it permanently enabled and set Gmail to keep a copy on the server so that she could download those messages she missed while she was away.

Web hosting services also typically offer mail forwarding.  So, if they have a business website, this could be another way to enable mail forwarding.I know Outlook and Outlook Express handle "Rules" which could potentially forward every single email, but, on a server level as Soybean mentioned would be much better.

Why not just have the boss add your work email address to his own client if he is going to check every email anyways? It would be less time for you and him to be wasted.

I am new here and I have a question that I am hoping that SOMEONE can help me out with. I have been working with outlook for several years now but RECENTLY I GOT a job were we have an orginizational inbox also. The ORGANIZATIONAL mailbox can be access by all of us (there are 6 of us total). It is also listed underneath our personal accounts. I have found out that I can change the alert notification when I get an email in my pesonal inbox. I have been LOOKING to see if there is a way that we can get a notification of some sort for the organizational mailbox. I have looked everywhere I can think of and I have not been able to find anything. If someone could tell me if it is possible that would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am using Microsoft Word 2007. I run into a problem when I INSERT an image into a DOCUMENT and set it up as wrapping behind text. If I insert another image near the first, one of the images "loses" the cross hairs making it impossible to CLICK on it and move it to a DIFFERENT location. You basically have to move other things away from it to "RETRIEVE" those cross hairs. Any suggestions?

If you had a wmv then this code in IE would function for you - but only in IE due to activeX factors.

I have not tried embedding an MPG file at all.

One other code chunk for an .flv ...... bear in mind this is one I used for a wide screen movie which is why dimensions are as they are - again might be worth experimenting with your own domain and vidfile included if flv.

There are a few media converters around - so you could maybe consider converting your current file to a more useful format for embedding.

Do some web searches - there is quite a bit of info out there.

I have a desktop system USING Windows XP and a laptop using Vista. I have tried to load the software and it won't go past step one on both SYSTEMS. I have tried disabling the AVG and the windows firewall but still no change. HELP!!!Travel to Device Manager and right click the printer and select Remove or Uninstall.
Then go to Add/Remove programs and remove the HP software.
Power down and unplug the printer.
Power up let the machine fully load all startup ITEMS and insert the HP CD and run setup if it doesn't auto-start...
It will tell you at what point to hook up the printer...don't do it beforehand.

No! I'm prepared to do some waiting as always when I post in here. What I'm not prepared for, is someone who is flippant when responding to a legitimate query. I've never been able to GET Shockwave to operate PROPERLY. I have Windows XP, using mostly Google Chrome, but also Firefox 3.5 and rarely IE 8.0. No matter. I STILL get the error: Shockwave not working as a plug-in.
How can I remedy this? Without Shockwave Flash or Shockwave PLAYER, all downloaded or accessed videos and streams are broken up, frozen, delayed, etc.
My Internet connection is between 2-5MB stream(I'm in a foreign country and only can get ADSL).Try INSTALLING Flash player instead.

Having trouble with this freeware program I came across. I unzipped it and the first time I double clicked it, it worked. Every other time it did nothing at all.  I INSTALLED all the java stuff on my Windows XP computer that I thought could run it. I thought maybe it needed a class of some kind so I tried dragging the "animelamp executable file" into the Java bin's "javac" to make a class file. That didn't work. I have no clue how to get this program to work.

Well, I would normally post on the VMWare forums, but no one is HELPING there, so I hope you guys can here.

So I've acquired Server 2008 off of dreamspark, and now I'm trying to install it into VMWare Workstation 6.5.2. Installation seemed to be working fine, up until it said it couldn't find any mass STORAGE device drivers that work for what I had. So all I'm really asking is if anyone can point me to where I can point Server 2008's installation to find the proper drivers. P.S. I tried MOUNTING the windows.iso VMware cd, browsing to the SCSI driver, but that does not seem to work.

    * Attempting to install triggers the problem
Bump  If you're using SATA drives you may need the drivers for it.Well, I fixed it by now. VMWare doesn't emulate sata, at LEAST to my knowledge, but the problem was it was using a SCSI SAS driver, rather than a regular SCSI driver. So all I had to do was add a virtual machine the custom way.Cool, glad to hear it.
