Really? I doubt that. There wan't a WORLD Wide Web in the 1980s. The first publicly available description of HTML was a document called "HTML Tags", first mentioned on the Internet by Berners-Lee in late 1991. "HTML 2.0", the first HTML specification intended to be treated as a standard was released in late 1995.

ANYHOW I think you meant HTMLed by Internet Software Technologies. (HTPRO32 is the name of one of the executables). There were paid for and shareware versions in the mid 1990s but the publisher's website has long gone. Crack sites often exist to plant malware on your computer. We cannot advise using them.

I recently installed bluesoleil software, but decided to go back to previous configuration, and now my bluetooth not ACCEPTING conections or finding any devices via bluetooth, (when i press ''show bluetooth devices'', window is just REFRESHING slowly and at the end nothing happens. I've tryed removing drivers cleaning register, re-pluging bluetooth dongle, restarting... after that windows automaticly find and installs bluetooth drivers, but no devices are found. Answer» You know how MP3 files have a summary section that can show the album, artist, track number, and things LIKE that? In windows (what I have) it will show it under the file name. See the ATTACHMENT for a screenshot of what I'm talking about. I'm WONDERING if any of that matters for itunes. Some of the mp3 files themselves don't have the album or artist filled in for the summary, even THOUGH in the iTunes library it's just as it should be. Like in that screenshot-- A couple of those files don't have the artist or album name under it, but in my iTunes those files are under the artist and in the album just like the rest. Does this mean iTunes doesn't even use those summaries? [year+ old attachment deleted by admin]iTunes uses ID3 tags but it also has it's own information in those tags that wouldn't be displayed by the file properties (which only shows "standard" ID3 tags). Also, I would guess it might also infer the album and artist from it's folder location.

Answer» I'm using my daughter's laptop with a Windows 7 Home Premium OS. I started a Word document (Word 2000) and am using bullet points with numbers for each new bullet. If I use the arrow key and click on the downward arrow to go to the next line, the cursor goes exactly one line down DIRECTLY below where it was. It does not go one one line down to the space after the last character on the lower line. So essentially the cursor just hangs in the middle of the line and then I have to backspace to get the cursor to the proper position to continue the sentence instead of it going there automatically. I opened a new document and the cursor behaves correctly. Is there a way to reset the cursor's behavior on the current document?just use the {home} or {END} key to NAVIGATE to beginning or end of lineSounds like the line-height was misconfigured somehow. From time to time I need to shut down my PC or shut down Outlook, I can't do that until I see "the message saved" message or I will lose the conversations. But you could set your PC or laptop to go into hibernation after being inactive for 10 minutes. Amusing it does not take 10 minutes, just walk away from your machine. Is there a security issue about LEAVING your computer on? There is a option to lock the keyboard while you are away. That's what I normally do. However, from time to time, Communicator will act up and not automatically save some messages to Outlook. At first I thought I haven't waited LONG enough but after waiting a few hours, I knew it wasn't going to save. This only happened once in awhile so I just ignored the problem. I just upgraded to 2007 R2 and now the problem is most of the messages are not saved automatically after waiting a few hours. Only a few are saved automatically. I need to somehow get these messages saved. Any suggestions?

Answer» I PURCHASED a package of various parts to build a new desktop PC from scratch, as well as a Windows 7 64-bit DVD. All was presumably well, until I REALIZED that the hardware package did not include a CD-ROM/DVD drive of any sort. That's not necessarily a problem, because I have an external USB CD/DVD-RW drive. However, I do not know if BIOS will recognize an external disc drive connected via USB in order to install Windows. The items have not arrived yet, but I'd like to GET this issue out of the way first. I realize that BIOS version may be a make-or-break factor. The computer's motherboard will be a ASUS Sabertooth 990FX with UEFI BIOS. I can PROVIDE additional information if needed, but that's all that I know of that would be relevant. Answer» I have an Aluratek HD Cinecam. I extracted the video clips from it and they COME in the extension .MOV. They are fairly choppy when watching them using any program like VLC or QuickTime. I'm trying to convert the .mov file to anything like an AVI or mpeg...i select the file I want called AMBA0005.MOV "input File name", which is only 34 seconds long, I select the "to AVI" also TRIED "to MP4"....save the output file to the desktop just naming it "123". And I press convert. It seems like its doing something.... I press advanced while its trying to convert...and the window says "The preview is unavailable. The program is preparing the data for CONVERSION". Below this it says, Elapsed time which is currently at 34 minutes and counting. should it take this long to convert a 34 second clip?? Under the Remaining Time section its completely blank "Remaining: --;--;--". What am i doing wrong?? Answer» Hi Everyone, Ever since the Remote Access done, still having problems that we are not SURE what needs to be done. My class reunion is coming up soon, and whenever I try FILL out the forms needed, I can't for some reason. We don't know why it's not working and the girl sending it doesn't know why either. But one thing that does keep happening is when I open it up, I get a Dialog box that has a long list of things that you can choose, and I have no idea which to select. We have never had this happen before the Remote Access. So, something but still don't know what it is, that the guy has done. Answer» Okay, I admit I am not program savy. However, I am honestly trying and keep hitting a brick wall. I have entered text/data into cells and have DONE some basic formatting of these cells. I now want to go to row#23-28 and merge all ROWS and columns a-d in order to allow me to input data in a free flow without any lines/border between them or any preset text WRAPPING that may hide info. In other words pretend I have just INSERTED a text box that allows me to place text without the defaulted or preformatted settings of tabs, indents, etc.... While I am asking, any knowledge on how to turn off/deselect permanently (or at least for the entire document I am currently working on) hyperlink so that I can type in a website without it TURNING blue and trying to take me to the internet within the cells all the time. Answer» I am sure this question has been asked but I am NEW and could not locate it. I cannot send emails with outlook EXPRESS. I get the socket error 10013 (although it changes, sometimes 10051 other times 10061) and error 0x800ccc0e. I have spent an hour with my ISP who told me after much checking that the problem is not with them. I also changed the "send" socket from 25 to 26 but made no difference. Like my ISP said, it is not an ISP problem. I deleted my antivirus program and the problem remains. From what I can gather from various sources, the problem is with the registry. Can ANYONE help me or direct me to the topic?Before you do that, here is something less destructive. Create a new user account. Reboot and log into new user. Now set up an email for the new user. Here are the instructions from Microsoft. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Windows-Mail-setting-up-an-account-from-start-to-finish If the new user works fine, this means the OLD user account got corrupted. If Geeks advice doesn't work, try another email source like gmail. It's free and easy to set up. That will help pin point the problem whether it's OE or some problem with your ISP. The major difference between OE and an online email service like gmail is that with OE messages are stored on your hard drive and with an online email service messages are stored online. There are advantages and disadvantages to both.

Answer» I've just INHERITED a Dell 5150 and would like to see if it's usable before I dump any money into it, like more ram, a second HD. Running windows home edition w/sp2. Upon startup the system will get going and get to the log in page, but it will not recognize the mouse (USB). Unable to get any further. I can use the F8 funtion and it seems to be working as it gives me the options and I can move the selections with the arrow keys. I can start to boot in safe mode, but it returns to the log in screen as before. This machine had 2 drives, but one went sour and is gone, so am I right in assuming since I can get to the log in screen that the other one is ok? What should I check next?Have you tried the mouse on different USB ports? Take a look at Device Manager. Does it show any yellow triangles containing an exclamation mark? Does the Delll 5150 have a PS/2 port for a mouse? I am now able to boot using system menu and "booting from utility partion" Mouse/keyboard active but when I exit and restart, it goes back to the original situation. I need to boot from the utility partion and get in to see what else MAY be going on. how can I make this partition my main boot item? May not be saying this right...Eh, I'm not sure I follow you. Anybody else WANT to chime in?I am able to get the mouse and keyboard to work if, upon startup, I choose F12 which leads to the "boot device menu" then down to "boot to utility partition", apparently on the HD. This leads to the "hardware device diagnostics" from which I can check all hardware on the machine, (all good). When I leave here, it reboots to the same place I was, no mouse or keyboard.You could restore it to the "as shipped" configuration. It doesn not appear to be updated since it's running SP2 not SP3. Had all of my log-ins and passwords SAVED - WHENEVER I logged onto a site that require user id and password they would appear automatically. NOW they don't. I don't SEE how to turn that back on. Tell you what Mruniverce, you download/install the program which will give blistering-fast performance then run it and come back to us with your opinion and possible problems.
